Call for In-Kind Sponsors

Do you want to be a part of WordCamp Biratnagar? Do you want to give some swags, goods or services on the occasion of WordCamp? Here we are with In-Kind Sponsors. Fill the form and get the exposure. 

In this Sponsorship, you can donate goods or services rather than cash as their sponsorship. These goods/services will be distributed to the participants.

Your good or services will also have to feature a symbolic representation of WordCamp Biratnagar 2018.  You can use WordCamp Biratnagar Logo, Hashtag( #WCBRT18 ), WordCamp Biratnagar etc. You can ask us if you have any confusion. 

Note: The number of goods or services donated should be at least 400.

Here’s how In-Kind Sponsors will be acknowledged:

• A logo on the WordCamp Biratnagar, Nepal’s official website
• Small-sized logo on the Banner as In-Kind  Supporters
• Small-sized logo on schedules and all print materials
• Small-sized logo in the first/introductory page of all speakers’ slides
• Acknowledgment and thanks in closing remarks
• A thanking you for your sponsorship of WordCamp Biratnagar, Nepal 2018 on our social channels (Twitter and Facebook)
